2. No Guarantees or Promises Royalty State does not guarantee:

• Loan approval

• Funding amounts

• Credit outcomes

• Financial performance

• Investment returns

All examples or scenarios are illustrative only and do not represent expected results.

3. Client Responsibility You acknowledge that:

• All applications are submitted by you

• All decisions are made by third parties

• You are responsible for accuracy of information

• You conduct your own due diligence

Royalty State does not influence approval decisions.

4. Consulting-Only Relationship Nothing in our Services creates:

• A lender-borrower relationship

• A fiduciary duty

• A joint venture

• A partnership or agency relationship Royalty State operates strictly as an independent consulting entity.

5. Fees Fees paid to Royalty State are for consulting, education, administrative coordination, and strategic analysis only. Fees are not contingent upon funding approval.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalty State, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loan denials

• Credit decisions

• Financial losses

• Market changes

• Third-party actions

7. LLC Liability Protection All services are provided by Royalty State, LLC. No member, manager, or representative assumes personal liability.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
